GreenField Creatives provides web development, UI/UX design, maintenance, and related digital services ("Services"). A separate project agreement or statement of work will govern each specific engagement, detailing scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

2.1 Deliverables

Upon full payment, we assign all intellectual property rights in the custom work we create for you (code, designs, assets). You retain ownership of any content, branding, or materials you provide to us.

2.2 Licensed Material

We may incorporate third-party libraries, frameworks, or stock assets under their respective open-source or commercial licenses. These remain governed by their original terms.

2.3 Portfolio

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information in your project brief and throughout the engagement
  • Respond to requests for feedback, approval, or materials within reasonable timeframes
  • Ensure you have the necessary rights to any content, images, or branding you provide
  • Make timely payments as outlined in your project agreement

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Typically:

  • A deposit is required before work begins
  • Milestone payments may be due at specified project stages
  • Final payment is due before delivery of completed assets or code
  • Late payments may result in work suspension

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Either party may cancel a project agreement in writing. In the event of cancellation:

  • You are billed for work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced
  • Deliverables produced up to cancellation are provided at our discretion upon payment

6. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenField Creatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, project details, and business data as confidential. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as necessary to perform the Services or as required by law.

8. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
